Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced S/4 HANA Change Owner with a strong background in Change Management and Validation in Regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Leads to define and manage project timelines.

• Provide support to functional teams with access and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in E-CAB and Stage Gate meetings; assist with PowerPoint presentations.

• Monitor project progress and publish daily status updates to leadership and clients.

• Identify and escalate risks and delays proactively.

• Prepare and manage validation documents, coordinating with clients for review and approvals.

• Work closely with QA teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Apply knowledge of GxP guidelines and SOP compliance best practices.

• Utilize tools such as ALM, ISM, Trackwise, Smartsheet, and CDCOS.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Change Owner or Validation Analyst.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with validation documentation processes and regulated environments.

• Working knowledge of project and validation tools listed above.
