Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst to join a large team in Columbia, SC.
What you ll do:
- Provide hands-on technical support for desktop computers, printers, and end-user equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- You ll configure, install, and maintain workstation software and hardware, monitor incoming support tickets, and ensure all systems are properly secured and backed up.
- Additional responsibilities include documenting configurations, assisting with troubleshooting and application testing, supporting LAN/WAN environments, and maintaining inventory of hardware and replacement parts.
What you need:

Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of technical operations or workstation support experience

Experience supporting desktop computers, printers, and LAN/WAN connections

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Familiarity with operating system imaging, software installs, and workstation configuration

Active CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
