Description
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Vista, California. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. This position requires strong customer service skills to assist non-technical team members effectively while maintaining a collaborative and detail-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows OS, Mac systems, and computer hardware.
Provide support for applications including Office 365, Google Suite, and other software tools.
Perform break-fix troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Assist team members who may have limited technical knowledge by explaining solutions in a clear and approachable manner.
Maintain and manage Active Directory configurations and user profiles.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify recurring issues and propose improvements to systems.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of technical problems and resolutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing user concerns and inquiries.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.
Requirements
Proficiency with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Google Suite applications.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and its maintenance.
Familiarity with Active Directory and its management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform break-fix tasks.
Effective communication skills, especially when working with non-technical users.
Ability to document technical issues and their resolutions clearly.
Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role.
