Our Chicago area client has a contract opportunity available for a Business Systems Analyst. This role will be focused on master data systems supporting digital merchandising and financial services.

responsibilities:
- Focused on master data, item, and vendor systems, working with the Merchandising Product Management org
qualifications:
- Master data experience/familiarity
- Technical writing and/or documentation experience
- Adept at working with technical and business stakeholders to determine system functionality and specifications. Able to simplify complex processes and issues for various audiences
- Strong ability to document process and system flows, including integrations and data transformation
- Strong root cause analysis across multiple systems
- Independent user story and issue creation
- High attention to detail
- Experience with ADO/Jira or similar tool
- Stibo experience
- Understanding of retail merchandising processes
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with scenario-oriented acceptance criteria
