Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Indotronix is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Phoenix, AZ (STRONGLY preferred) or Pittsburgh, PA, with our Direct client

Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Position Location: Phoenix, AZ (STRONGLY preferred) or Pittsburgh, PA

Ability to work remote: Yes, one day a week, four days in office REQUIRED

Acceptable time zone(s): Arizona time or EST

Days of the week: Monday-Friday Working Hours: 7 am-4:30 pm, 8 am-5 pm

Duration: Contract to hire

Industry background:

Finance preferred, more concerned about technical skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Find a standard way of pulling Logs, Traces, and Metrics
• Dashboard building
• Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
• Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives.

Level 3:

5-7 years +

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Full Stack Development - Ability to navigate up and down the stack
• Monitoring tools
• Dynatrace
• BigPanda
• Evolven
• Thousandeyes
• Dashboard visualization
• Experience building a dashboard

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• Grafana
• Kibana

Education:

• Bachelors preferred, not required
• Any certifications in tools listed above
