Job Title: Senior Manager / Manager Copilot Studio Maker
Location: Preferred New York, NY | Remote (Canada)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Copilot Studio Maker to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure services. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, AI orchestration skills, and strong consulting capabilities to deliver transformative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents), Power Platform, and related low-code tools
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and automate business processes
  • Apply AI orchestration, conversational UI/UX, and prompt engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Work with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting languages (Power Fx, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Ensure solution quality through testing, QA, and adherence to best practices in data management, MDM/RDM, and Azure Data Engineering

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years in solution development, consulting, or AI-related roles
  • 1 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code tools
  • Solid understanding of Azure data processes (data engineering, QA/testing, MDM/RDM)
  • Proven skills in REST APIs, JSON, and scripting
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Consulting or client-facing experience
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
