Technical Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Full SDLC: analysis, design, testing, integration, deployment.
- Java/J2EE, SQL programming, object-oriented analysis/design.
- Web Services, RAD, WebSphere.
- Oracle-based stored procedures.
- System integration testing, defect management.
- Developing test plans, scenarios, and schedules.
- Data structures, migration, relational/multi-dimensional database design.
- Strong interpersonal skills for design, development, peer reviews, and implementation.
- Ability to evaluate user requests for feasibility, cost, and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years working with Texas Health and Human Services systems (or similar state healthcare systems).
