Certification Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Certification Analyst to join a local client in Jacksonville, FL.

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Certification Analyst will run certification test script for MSR and EMV certification
* Document testing according to require procedures
* Verify all tests are passing
* As a Certification Analyst, you will open JIRA tickets for failing test cases
* Observing, testing, diagnosing, and reporting faults in the software and hardware
* Other duties that may be requested as part of the job role

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
* Experience in product testing, certification, and management
* Experience in coding or related area will be a big plus
* Excellent self-management and time management skills are essential; The position requires managing multiple competing priorities in a timely manner, to stay on schedule
* Highly motivated, detailed oriented, self-driven and reliable
* Be a team-oriented problem solver who takes ownership of work performed
* Willingness to repeat testing steps
* Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively and efficiently
* Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
* Must be able to work well with others, both in person and in a remote environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
