8-10 years of experience in deployment of Chatbot with ability to interface with clients and derive use cases.
Good knowledge of Javascript experience
Derive, document the existing use cases and technical implementation
Design the integrations and document the high level design documentation.
Hands-on experience in Verint Conversational AI / Speakeasy (designing, configuring, deploying).
Strong knowledge of chatbot frameworks and NLP concepts (intents, entities, dialog management).
Familiarity with AI/ML integration (Speakeasy).
Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware.
Good understanding of JSON, XML, Webhooks.
Experience in enterprise messaging platforms & its integrations (WhatsApp, Teams, Webchat, IVR/Contact center).
Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth2.0, SAML, mTLS).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot monitoring (Verint Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
