Job Details

Role: Project Manager/Lead Scrum Master Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months
Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Project Manager/Lead Scrum Master with strong proficiency in MS Project and JIRA/Confluence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership in Agile practices, possess a strong command of data and metrics, and be skilled at driving strategic project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases: planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support
  • Own and drive Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives
  • Monitor and enhance Scrum processes, coach Agile best practices, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Track project milestones, manage timelines, risks, and resource allocations
  • Remove team impediments and foster a collaborative, transparent, and safe team environment
  • Communicate project status and metrics effectively across all levels of stakeholders
  • Guide data-driven decision-making and problem-solving efforts

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience
  • Strong experience with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Skilled in planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination
  • Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
  • General understanding of IT infrastructure and application environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or comparable PM certification
  • Experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum and hybrid environments
  • 10+ years of total IT experience
