Position Summary As Team Lead of the End User Developed Tool Governance Team, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight, operational execution, and continuous improvement of State Street's End User Developed Tool (EUDT)Governance Program. You will serve as the central authority on EUDT standards, compliance, and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with regulatory, cybersecurity, and architectural requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership
  • Own and maintain the global EUDT Standard and associated policies.
  • Lead governance council and working group meetings, driving strategic decisions and cross-functional alignment.
  • Represent EUDT governance in enterprise forums, audits, and regulatory reviews working with various external regulatory bodies such as the FED and the ECB.
  • Operational Execution
  • Manage the GMAS portal and ensure accurate registration, risk rating, and certification of all EUDTs.
  • Run quarterly certification controls, send automated and manual notifications, and track compliance metrics.
  • Execute Active Directory reconciliation and maintain SharePoint documentation and FAQs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business team owners, functional area leads, and developers across the enterprise.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support for EUDT registration, remediation, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and technology teams to address findings and implement controls.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Author and maintain governance guides, training decks, and policy documents.
  • Prepare and present risk metrics, issue matrices, and remediation plans to senior leadership.
  • Respond to time-critical data and policy requests from internal stakeholders and regulators.
Qualifications Proven experience in automation governance, risk management, or compliance.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel macros, Python automation lifecycle, and SharePoint content management.
Ability to work independently and manage enterprise-wide initiatives.

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $212,500 Annual
