Position: Tier 1 Network Support SME
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 1 week- 10 days
Job Description:
would provide handholding of call center agents connecting to Amtrak network. New isolation protocol for Amtrak network that was implemented recently is creating some confusion for the call center agents reconnecting for the first (2nd?) time. Call center agents may need some hand-holding.
Resources will have Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to operate from and SMEs from client's to support them. Resources need to be tech savvy but not hard-core tech engineers. Smart and good communicators.
Resource Count: Assume 1 resource at a time across three shifts covering 24 hours as call center is open 24 hours.
