Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on SAP SCM PP Consultant to support discrete manufacturing processes in a fully onsite role. The ideal candidate must be able to commute daily to Belle Mead or Piscataway, NJ. No remote option or expense reimbursement is offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support discrete manufacturing using production orders initiated from Kinaxis and interfaced into SAP ECC.

  • Integrate batch management, including batch determination during production.

  • Enable Warehouse Management (WM) integration for material staging, goods issue, and goods receipt in storage units.

  • Support Handling Unit (HU) Management for receiving finished goods, rework handling, etc.

  • Ensure integration with Quality Management (QM) for inspections at goods issue, goods receipt, and during production (03 & 04 inspections).

  • Utilize RF transactions for goods issue, production confirmation, and goods receipt.

  • Work on MES integration including outbound interfaces for production orders and inbound interfaces for production confirmations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) within discrete manufacturing environments.

  • Expertise in batch management, WM, HU, and QM integrations.

  • Familiarity with Kinaxis interfacing into SAP ECC.

  • Hands-on experience with MES systems integration.

  • Comfortable using RF transactions for shop floor execution processes.

  • Ability to work fully onsite without relocation assistance or travel reimbursement.
