Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the Office of Information Technologys Disaster Recovery Unit. This role focuses on analyzing, creating, and documenting recovery plans for mission-essential systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business continuity principles and experience working within disaster recovery lifecycles. Key Responsibilities Support the Disaster Recovery team in developing and documenting Disaster Recovery Plans for critical systems. Conduct business impact analyses and backup assessments to identify and prioritize mission-essential systems. Engage with internal IT teams, agency partners, and management to align technologies with business processes. Document relationships between business impact analyses, risk assessments, and stakeholder meetings. Ensure recovery strategies align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience conducting business impact analyses. 2+ years of experience working within the disaster recovery lifecycle. 1+ year of experience with hot, cold, and warm site configurations. 2+ years of experience conducting backup assessments. Strong knowledge of business continuity management principles and disaster response procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Education: Bachelors Degree
