Schedule: Monday-Friday onsite; travel home once a month

Job Overview:
We re seeking an experienced SAP Trainer with strong expertise in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM). The trainer will deliver effective, hands-on instruction through Train the Trainer, one-on-one coaching, and classroom-style sessions directly at plant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite training sessions for plant operations staff and leadership
- Conduct Train the Trainer workshops, individual coaching, and group classroom sessions
- Provide expertise on S/4HANA PM functionality, workflows, and best practices
- Train field users on SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM) mobile application
- Support ongoing adoption and skill-building efforts across multiple plant locations
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM)
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM)
- Proven ability to lead training at both classroom and plant-floor levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable working onsite at plant locations Monday-Friday
- Monthly travel home provided (Client covers airfare, hotel, rental car)
- Food expenses are not covered or reimbursed
- Must report onsite each Monday by 9:00 AM
