Role: Genesys Cloud Development
Location - New York /Alpharetta (Hybrid)
Duration 6 months
Job Description:
- Good in Genesys Cloud Architecture, creating call flows, chat flows, email flows, Outbound and On Queue flows.
- Should have an overall experience of 5-6 years and must have experience in building Cloud environments.
- Proficient in creating & handling the development of IVR(VXML) and Routing strategies using IRD and Composer for Voice and eServices.
- Experience in Platform API integrations, Embedded Framework integration, Widgets (Chat & Cobrowser) and other options available in Genesys Cloud including Custom Reports and Survey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud architecture best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to cloud security.
- Participate in project planning and execution, including defining project scope, identifying dependencies, and developing detailed work plans.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with Linux administration and server management tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- AWS DevOps (creating pipelines, templates, and deploying objects ).
- Terraform experience Genesys API exposure with Python scripting AWS.
- Package creation and deployment API test exposure
