Job Description:
- Responsible for daily system operation and maintenance, including analysis of related documentation.
- Respond promptly to production issues, coordinate with development teams, investigate root causes, and resolve problems.
- Analyze and organize business and system operation data; prepare summary reports.
- Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Familiarity with service-oriented system operation and maintenance; SAP-CRM/CRM WEBUI experience preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Entry Level Candidates with good communication and Python skills are welcome.
- Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus).
