The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network environments. This includes separating and establishing new networking components to support operational independence, secure connectivity, and scalability during transformations or carve-outs.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new network environments including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routing.
  • Support network segmentation, IP readdressing, and DNS configuration.
  • Ensure high availability and performance across network infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with security teams to maintain firewall rules and traffic filtering.
  • Document network topology, changes, and runbooks.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), subnetting, and VLANs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network monitoring tools.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred.
