Education & Certifications
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- PMP certification strongly preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Finalize the project roadmap and onboarding of a new sensitive data scanning tool; lead transition to BAU (Business-as-Usual) post-implementation.
- Lead planning and execution activities to sunset/offboard an existing tool, coordinating across multiple lines of business and technical teams.
- Influence and collaborate across the organization without direct authority.
- Engage stakeholders?including Corporate Information Security (CIS), Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), Enterprise Data & Analytics Services (EDAS), and others?to plan and execute the retirement of the outgoing tool.
- Manage project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Track, escalate, and resolve issues; perform impact analysis and prioritization.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, and action items across the team.
- Drive progress in ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with MS Project and Jira.
- Strong organizational and program management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across diverse teams and leadership levels.
