Position: - UKG Pro Application Management Engineer
Location: - Remote
Type: - Contract to Hire
 
Job Description
  • Support UKG Pro and payroll applications
  • Perform data validation for issue investigation.
  • Troubleshoot issues
 
Qualifications Required:
  • Proven experience supporting UKG Pro
  • Possess strong knowledge of HR, payroll processes, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data validation for issue investigation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and technical teams.
  • Experience working on Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with Jira/Ticketing systems
  • Teamwork and good client management skills needed
  • Can provide prompt responsiveness to incidents and service requests
  • Able to actively listen and be empathetic when handling user concerns
  • Possess a troubleshooting mindset
 
Desired: - Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cognos / BI reports is a plus.
