Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Airtable Solutions Consultant to support the design and deployment of acustom RSE Intake & Portfolio Management System. This system will streamline intake, triage,prioritization, and project tracking across the enterprise, replacing manual tools with structured,data-driven workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Airtable applications tailored to operational needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions.
- Service Delivery
- Lead kickoff and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Configure Airtable bases and develop early prototypes.
- Design user-friendly interfaces and build robust automations.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback.
- Provide training and documentation for seamless handoff.
- Reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Accelerate adoption of Airtable as an enterprise-wide project management tool.
- Enable long-term self-sufficiency through training and documentation.
- Centralize intake tracking, reduce departmental silos, and enhance visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing and deploying Airtable solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, interface design, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with project intake and portfolio management processes is a plus.
