Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant for an urgent onsite engagement with a leading client in Santa Clara. This role is ideal for a seasoned HCM professional with strong functional expertise and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
8 10 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM functional experience
Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and related HCM modules
Demonstrated success in full-cycle implementations, configuration, and ongoing support
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
