We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Support Coordinator with strong Point-of-Sale (POS) experience to support field technicians during overnight hours. This is a non-technical, fully remote role focused on process execution, technician coordination, and customer communication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

What You'll Do:
- Check in and check out field technicians working on-site
- Provide real-time support and guidance to technicians during their assignments
- Review technician deliverables and ensure all documentation is complete
- Communicate technician status updates to customers clearly and professionally
- Process job completions and payments through WorkMarket and Field Nation platforms
- Complete internal success tracking forms and maintain accurate records
What You Bring:
- Solid understanding of POS systems and basic troubleshooting experience
- Ability to follow structured scripts and documentation processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience supporting field service teams or coordinating remote work is a plus
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
Technical Requirements:
- Must use your own device (Windows or Mac OS only)
- Required tools: Google Chrome, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 (web access)
- Chromebooks are not supported
