RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple scrum teams and manage delivery across complex initiatives
* Senior Agile Delivery Lead will engage and communicate with senior stakeholders (MD/SVP level) to align on priorities and progress
* Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and QA leads to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-project communication
* Align with Product Analysts and Managers to define and deliver product roadmaps
* Conduct gap analysis between current and future state technologies
* Support implementation by coordinating with solution integrators and reviewing project artifacts
* Document and demonstrate new system/software features to stakeholders
* As a Senior Agile Delivery Lead, you will drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
* Ensure smooth transition of solutions to Production Operations and Support teams
* Drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+ total years of experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO)
* 2+ years of experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master
* Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA
* Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks
* Demonstrated an ability to significantly improve technical or methodology processes
* Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making in ambiguous situations, even when direction and details are limited
* Effectively influences stakeholders across multiple disciplines without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment
* Ability to coordinate and assist teams to resolve complex analytical and technical issues
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
