Join us in a dynamic role where you will be at the heart of strategic planning initiatives, driving success through collaboration and innovation. As a Planning Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in organizing and executing projects that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization and accessibility of key resources within the FSO Product Library and FSO Hub.
  • Create visual representations of products and operations using project management tools.
  • Coordinate multimedia productions to celebrate team achievements and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support resource allocation for high-priority initiatives through continuous and annual planning efforts.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to align objectives and achieve results.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management or a related field with 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools, including Airtable, Asana, and Jira.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite applications for automation and collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multimedia and video editing software to enhance communication and engagement.
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and Zoom for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the eagerness to embrace new responsibilities.
