Position: Business Analyst Contract Type: W2 ONLY Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to understand requirements, analyze data, and ensure the successful delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decisions.
  • Develop current and future state business process models to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Propose and design scalable and effective technical and process solutions.
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Ensure solutions align with overall business objectives and project goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Work with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, manage testing phases, and oversee deployment activities.
  • Utilize data transformation and processing tools to support system and reporting needs.
  • Provide training and post-deployment support to end users.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 12+experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and transformation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience in project coordination, testing, and deployment support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
