Logistics:
Job Title: Regulatory Data Analyst
Length: 4 month+ contract
Location: Rahway, NJ
Pay Range: $35-$40/hr

Job Overview:
This role supports the ongoing integrity of regulatory data within the ORION system, including change control monitoring, data accuracy, stakeholder communication, and execution of data quality initiatives. The incumbent will work with global and regional teams to ensure timely updates, system compliance, and quality assurance for data related to HRM (Health Regulatory Management).
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Veeva RIM experience (highly preferred)
-
3+ years of experience with Regulatory Registration Tracking Systems
-
Familiarity with regulatory systems and processes
-
High school diploma required (BA preferred)
-
Strong oral and written communication skills
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
Effective time management and organizational skills
-
Ability to adapt to changing environments and evolving processes
Preferred:
-
Veeva RIM experience working in a global or highly regulated environment
-
Exposure to health authority data or regulatory data change management
-
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and departments
Tasks & Responsibilities:
-
Triage, assess, and execute ORION change requests for U.S. and Canada
-
Support data accuracy and quality control in HRM systems
-
Monitor and manage shared inbox for incoming requests and inquiries
-
Execute withdrawal requests of entities in ORION
-
Provide oversight to offshore data entry resources as needed
-
Assist with planning and execution of HRM Data Quality initiatives
-
Attend HRM-related meetings as needed (HRM DQ, Regional HRM, etc.)

Ensure all internal training is completed in compliance with company deadlines
-
Support Regional HRM staff and collaborate with SMEs as required
Ongoing Deliverables:

Execution of ORION change requests in a timely and compliant manner

Active participation in Data Quality initiatives

Communication across regional HRM and functional teams

Oversight and coordination with offshore resources

Maintain and monitor performance and compliance metrics
