Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or backend software development.
- Advanced proficiency in Java with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Deep experience with Apache Spark (RDDs, DataFrames, Structured Streaming).
- Strong understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS, Hive, YARN, Oozie, and others.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, HBase, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with distributed systems, big data architecture, and performance tuning.
- Experience with workflow/orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Azkaban).
- Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD practices, and Agile development.
