JobTitle: Senior Network Engineer (Infrastructure) 

Overview:
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco routers/switches, data center technologies, and extensive hands-on experience with Cisco ACI. This role is hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite) and reports into the NYC office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise network infrastructure across WAN, LAN, MAN, WLAN, load balancing, firewalls, and proxy systems.

  • Lead network improvements, standardization, and capacity management across data centers, campus, and branch locations.

  • Plan, stage, test, deploy, and document network solutions in lab and production environments.

  • Perform performance testing, debugging, and provide post-implementation support.

  • Support infrastructure integrations and ensure alignment with broader technical architecture.

  • Assist with production support, incident escalation, and 24/7 on-call rotation.

  • Create and maintain documentation, diagrams, and implementation procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years in network engineering within mission-critical environments.

  • Heavy hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches, data center tech, and Cisco ACI (non-negotiable).

  • Basic experience with Windows/Linux OS, scripting/automation, and network testing methodologies.

  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • DNS experience

  • Automation skills

  • Extrahop experience

  • CATO Networks / SD-WAN exposure

  • Financial services background (not required)
