Advantra is hiring an Agile Champion to drive Agile adoption, governance, and delivery excellence within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be a transformation-minded leader who can coach teams, streamline delivery processes, and ensure alignment between technology, product, and business stakeholders.
About the role
This role focuses on embedding Agile principles across cross-functional teams, implementing metrics-based governance, and fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. You will partner with delivery managers, technical program managers, and business leads to accelerate outcomes through disciplined Agile practices.
Responsibilities

Lead Agile transformation efforts and coach multiple teams in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Partner with program managers and technical leads to align Agile processes with enterprise governance.

Use tools like Power BI to visualize performance metrics, delivery velocity, and dependency tracking.

Manage and maintain documentation, artifacts, and dashboards in Microsoft SharePoint.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and reviews.

Mentor delivery teams on backlog refinement, prioritization, and iterative planning.

Drive adoption of Agile best practices and metrics across programs.

Collaborate with leadership to identify and remove impediments to team performance.

Support tooling and reporting for executive-level visibility into project health.
Core requirements
-
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead in a technology environment.

Proven experience implementing Agile processes at scale across distributed teams.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI for reporting and governance.

Solid understanding of enterprise portfolio management and TPM (Technical Program Management) frameworks.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Nice to have

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP certification.

Experience supporting Agile transformation in regulated or large-scale enterprise contexts.

Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.

Ability to build executive dashboards for Agile metrics and reporting.
