Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management or Project Management with a strong track record of defining product strategy and delivering product roadmaps.
- Financial Crime domain experience is a MUST, along with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Lean
- Proven expertise in managing large, complex products involving diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Skilled at influencing both technical and non-technical teams across global environments.
- Ability to foresee risks and identify opportunities associated with product dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in financial services or banking domain is a strong plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field preferred.
