Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Participate in and consult on the design of technical solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Work closely with PO, analysts, developers, and architects to ensure development meets requirements and delivers optimal performance.
  • Work in an agile/scaled team to identify requirements, plan, prioritize, design, develop, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions.

  • Participation in testing with analysts and business users.
  • Create technical design and support documentation.

  • Debug issues in the production environment and be part of production support.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours issues as needed.

Required technical/functional qualifications you'll need:
  • Hands-on experience in Middleware Oracle SOA Suite 12c and OSB, BPEL, XML, XSLT, Xpath, JMS/AQ/MQ, JDeveloper 11g, Adapters, SQL, and J2EE/Java.(Basic Java experience is needed)
  • Familiarity with XQuery, JSON, SOAP, REST, Web Services
  • Experience with Message Brokers including Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, AQ
  • Experience working with Oracle Database
  • Use developer IDE tools, JDeveloper to create and modify SOA/Integration components and interface flows using SOA/Fusion.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace monitoring
  • Skilled in Oracle Support, Oracle E-Business Suite: R12.2.10 (basic knowledge of EBS or cloud)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with and ability to analyze complex business processes and perform data modeling, design, and implement technical solutions.
  • Extensive experience performing unit/integration testing and collaborating with others in regression/system/user-acceptance testing.
  • Ability to direct, delegate, and mentor other developers in the design, coding, debugging, etc., and best practices.
  • Agile or Scaled development methodologies.

  • WebMethods
  • API Development: JavaScript, Node.JS
  • Data Modeling, Database optimization and tuning, analytical queries
  • Good experience in Java Design Patterns, Strong in Spring Framework, Spring Boot
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle VBCS, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle BI Reporting
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD concepts


Education
  • Bachelor s degreein IT or related field


Work Experience
  • 6+ years' experience as a developer on an Agile software development team
  • 5+ strong experience in Middleware Oracle SOA Suite 12c and OSB, BPEL, XML, XSLT, Xpath, JMS/AQ/MQ, JDeveloper 11g, Adapters, SQL, PL/SQL and J2EE/Java.
  • 5+ years' experience working with business stakeholders.
