Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the integration of AI driven conversational platforms particularly Move works into our ServiceNow ecosystem This role will focus on enhancing automation user experience and operational efficiency across ITSM HRSD and CSM modules

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Now Assist with ServiceNow using Openframe Knowledge API and Virtual Agent frameworks
• Configure and validate conversational flows widgets and rolebased access controls
• Develop and maintain Service Portals Catalog Items Scoped Applications and Mobile Experiences
• Automate workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs
• Design dashboards and analytics using Performance Analytics and App Engine Studio
• Ensure seamless interoperability between ServiceNow and enterprise systems

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules ITSM HRSD CSM CMDB
• Proven experience integrating AI platforms like Moveworks or Microsoft Copilot or Now ASSIST with ServiceNow
• Expertise in portal development and scoped applications
• Familiarity with plugin configuration Open frame Knowledge API Customer Service Management
• Experience with App Engine Studio Flow Designer and Virtual Agent
• Preferred Qualifications
• Certified ServiceNow Developer or Technical Architect
• Experience with conversational AI platforms Moveworks Copilot Now Assist
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
