Summary
We are seeking two experienced Business Integration Principals to support the implementation of a large national health plan client. These individuals will each own a high-level workstream composed of approximately 10 sub-tracks (e.g., adjudication, operations, etc.), and be responsible for driving deliverables, facilitating internal and external coordination, and maintaining client confidence through proactive issue management and executive communication.
This role is ideal for a senior-level consultant or program manager with strong pharmacy/PBM background, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Serve as the primary owner of a client-facing workstream, leading all efforts across its component tracks.
? Engage directly with external client stakeholders to facilitate meetings, escalate issues, and manage delivery expectations.
? Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., IT Leads, Project Managers, Integration Leads) and external contractors to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
? Track progress, manage risk logs, and report on key milestones, deliverables, and issues across workstream.
? Challenge client requests or assumptions when appropriate; bring forward strategic recommendations or alternative solutions.
? Support implementation framework activities without being bound to rigid steps?flexibility and value-driven decision-making are encouraged.
? Partner closely with peer workstream leads and project managers to align scope, testing timelines, and resource dependencies.
Required Qualifications
? 10+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, business integration, or client implementation.
? Demonstrated success leading large-scale healthcare or PBM client implementations.
? Strong client-facing experience, including executive-level communication and issue resolution.
? Experience juggling multiple high-complexity workstreams with sub-track coordination.
? Ability to manage change requests, track risks, and report status to internal and external leadership.
? Comfortable working in fluid, fast-moving environments without strict procedural constraints.
