SALARY RANGE
The hiring range for the Enterprise Cloud Administrator I will be $76,960 - $96,200, with a maximum opportunity of up to $115,440 with tenure and strong performance. The hiring range for the Enterprise Cloud Administrator II will be $91,920 - $114,900, with a maximum opportunity of up to $137,880 with tenure and strong performance. The hiring range for the Enterprise Cloud Administrator III will be $110,480 - $138,100, with a maximum opportunity of up to $165,720 with tenure and strong performance.
Introductory Period: New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

Enterprise Cloud Administrator I
Overview
The Enterprise Cloud Administrator I specializes in planning, designing, building, configuring, and maintaining Windows, Linux and Cloud based environments. This role encompasses back-end IT support for business-critical and development-related departments and personnel. Maintain system stability and data security, across many enterprise systems, through deployment and migration phases. Leverage expertise with the operating systems and server administration to develop and deploy servers, support day-to-day system performance, and prevent data loss and unauthorized access.
Responsibilities
Windows Enterprise Administration: Maintain Windows systems and servers. Provide support to individual users and teams to ensure that the system works reliably and quickly. Conduct system maintenance activities including patching on these systems.
Microsoft Stack Administration: Administer the Microsoft suite of software and tools, in the cloud and on-premises, including System Center Configuration Manager, Teams, OneDrive and the Office365 Suite. Administer global and group policies and security. Administer users, properties, and licenses through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Linux Administration: Maintain Linux operating systems. Configure user access. Conduct system maintenance activities including patching on these systems.
Azure Cloud Administration: Restart/power down the Azure components/clusters/VMs. Create and manage archive space on deployed storage in support of the deployed cloud systems and environments. Troubleshoot Azure based issues and resolve.
Application Administration: Configure and oversee on premise applications such as Enterprise Vault, FileNet, Extensis Portfolio, and others.
Disaster Recovery: Learn about and participate in Disaster Recovery functions
Maintain regular and predictable attendance: Perform related duties and responsibilities as required. Comply with District policies. Complete all required training. Maintain a working knowledge and comply with District safety procedures and specific safety requirements of this position, and those in accordance with applicable provisions of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and Washington Administrative Code (WAC).

Enterprise Cloud Administrator II
Overview
The Enterprise Cloud Administrator II specializes in planning, designing, building, configuring, and maintaining Windows, Linux and Cloud based environments. This role encompasses back-end IT support for business-critical and development-related departments and personnel. Maintain system stability and data security, across many enterprise systems, through deployment and migration phases. Leverage expertise with the operating systems and server administration to develop and deploy servers, support day-to-day system performance, and prevent data loss and unauthorized access.
Responsibilities
Windows Enterprise Administration: Install and configure Windows systems and servers. Provide advanced support to individual users and teams to ensure that the system works reliably and quickly. Conduct system maintenance activities including upgrades on these systems. Monitor performance to reduce interruptions and server crashes. Develop and maintain documentation on process and procedures related to this work.
Microsoft Stack Administration: Configure and administer the Microsoft suite of software and tools, in the cloud and on-premises, including: Exchange, SharePoint, and Intune. Develop and maintain documentation on process and procedures related to this work.
Linux Administration: Install and configure Linux operating systems and servers. Troubleshoot tasks that support business-critical and development activities. Monitor system stability and security through deployment and everyday use. Conduct system maintenance activities including upgrading these systems. Develop and maintain documentation on process and procedures related to this work.
Azure Cloud Administration: Administer modern cloud authentication using SAML and Azure Active Directory. Configure enterprise application registrations, azure side integrations and other administrative tasks. Use Log Analytics to develop and share queries. Deploying and Configuring Virtual Networks, managing public and private virtual IP space.
Application Administration: Configure and oversee cloud applications such as ACT, LMS365, and others.
Disaster Recovery: Assist in every aspect of Disaster Recovery function including Disaster Recovery testing tasks.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance: Perform related duties and responsibilities as required. Comply with District policies. Complete all required training. Maintain a working knowledge and comply with District safety procedures and specific safety requirements of this position, and those in accordance with applicable provisions of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and Washington Administrative Code (WAC).

The Enterprise Cloud Administrator III
Overview
The Enterprise Cloud Administrator III specializes in planning, designing, building, configuring, and maintaining Windows, Linux and Cloud based environments. This role encompasses back-end IT support for business-critical and development-related departments and personnel. Maintain system stability and data security, across many enterprise systems, through deployment and migration phases. Leverage expertise with the operating systems and server administration to develop and deploy servers, support day-to-day system performance, and prevent data loss and unauthorized access.
Responsibilities
Microsoft Stack Administration: Administer passwords and roles through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Azure Cloud Administration: Create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable. Administer Azure subscription and use profiles and policies to control and report on costs.
Windows Enterprise Administration: Using PowerShell, develop automation for common administrative tasks and business needs. Review error logs and user-reported errors and identify stable and reliable solutions. Work directly with system base configurations to make necessary changes to ensure reliable, secure performance.
Linux Administration: Using Shell scripting, develop and maintain automation for common administrative tasks and business needs. Work directly with the system s source code to make necessary changes to ensure reliable, secure performance and then deploy those changes throughout the system. Review error logs and reported errors and seek out solutions.
Disaster Recovery: Design for and maintain high availability and disaster recovery between multiple sites on the application layer. Work with the IT Infrastructure team to develop policies and solutions for disaster recovery needs from the application layer.
Application Administration: Work with peers and across departmentally to develop Enterprise Content Management strategies and policies.
