Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in management information systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Project Online, ADO, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong Excel skills required; familiarity with Power BI, Azure Insights, and Dynatrace is a plus.
- Professional Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to solve complex problems and identify opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills verbal, written, and presentation across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities effectively.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
