SAP LE (Logistics Execution) Onsite Lead

Job Description: Lead logistics execution onsite, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to business objectives. Provide functional consultancy in SAP Logistics modules, particularly SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management). Manage and support SAP interfaces for seamless data flow and system integration. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project delivery with strategic goals. Identify and resolve SAP Logistics issues to maintain system integrity and performance. Recommend and implement system enhancements to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proficiency in SAP Logistics modules. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes. Generate and analyze reports to monitor logistics performance and aid decision-making. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions. Execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and performance. Qualifications: Minimum 12+ years of SAP experience in SD/Logistics Execution and MM modules, with strong exposure to inbound and outbound processing. Project experience in delivery processing and optimization using collective delivery processing, delivery split, and delivery grouping functionalities. Proven track record of delivery enhancements using user exits and BADIs. Design and configuration experience in LE module, including inbound/outbound process, collective delivery processing, and return process. Detailed knowledge in MM and SD cross-functional areas. Integration experience with non-SAP external systems and internal legacy systems. Expert knowledge in EDI/IDocs and experience with 3rd party interfaces with SAP. Preferred integration experience with SAP and OEM/3PL. Strong knowledge and application of testing strategies and methodologies. Experience in executing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Customer-facing experience as a Lead Consultant. Ability to translate business requirements into well-documented system designs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
