Description
ITTStar is looking for an AWS Partner Sales Manager to join our growing Organization. The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for executing the AWS regional partner strategy and driving revenue for ITTStar related services. This role will be dedicated to expanding our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). To be successful, this person will have to get things done through relationships and influence within ITTStar, AWS’s partner ecosystem, and our mutual Clients.

The Partner Sales Manager will build cadence around key activities, including planning monthly and quarterly sales outreach, facilitating joint AWS/ITTStar campaigns, reporting on KPIs and opportunities, and collaborating with AWS inside sales and demand generation teams. This position requires a background in a Partnerships/Alliances, Sales, and Program Management

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with AWS Account Managers
  • Set qualified meetings with AWS Representatives via phone, email, networking, etc for Account Managers, Partner Development Managers, and Client Executives.
  • Work in partnership with AWS Account Managers and ITTStar POD to identify and qualify opportunities within their designated territory.
  • Once an opportunity has been identified with an AWS Representative, broker an introduction to ITTStar sales team.
  • Contribute to overall team goal by being the first line of contact for all AWS prospects.
  • Weekly Reporting to AM/PDM on sales metrics – calls, emails, meetings set, opportunities uncovered, etc.
  • Collaborate with POD to ensure all goals and targets are met.
  • Attend all company meetings

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar job-related experience
  • Superior communication and verbal skills (keep it clear and concise)
  • Conversant in enterprise products, solutions, and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to our partner ecosystem
  • Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting via phone, video, or in person events
  • Cold calling, prospecting, or not afraid to pick up the phone and call.
  • Highly skilled at building account level go-to-market strategies and working on cross-functional teams
  • Excellent handwritten communication
  • Sense of urgency and driven to succeed
  • Motivated, excellent time management skills, and ability to provide creative solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and hustler energy
