Job Details
Job Description:
- Perform firewall management and monitoring, including rule set configuration and validation for KDE and all KY K-12 school districts.
- Provide operational support and management of the KY K-12 Enterprise Active Directory environment, in cooperation with Microsoft.
- Management of enterprise remote access solution for all KY K-12 users.
- Serve as a project resource for major security initiatives in KY K-12 school districts.
- Management of statewide DNS infrastructure.
- Management of statewide anti-malware solution.
- Management of enterprise DDoS mitigation services in a Managed Security Services group.
- Assist with security risk assessments, audit responses, and open records requests.
- Provide Q&A and Tier 3 escalation support for KY K-12 school district customers. Assist or lead technical presentations to these customers.
- Perform backup and disaster recovery procedures as needed.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
