  • Describe the dynamic of your team and where this candidate will fit into the overall environment: 8 people on the team in multiple locations including: OH (3), TX(2), FL(2) and off shore in India(1). Very collaborative team
  • How does your team communicate and work with each other: Team Meetings- every day through; communicate via Team chats and scheduled calls and mails
  • Describe how this resource will work with your team: They'll be a contributor- providing support for KAFKA

Key Responsibilities

  • .Net and KAFKA support, Prod deployments, incident resolution if needed, tech currency)
  • Tech currency will involve coordinating with "change the bank"(development) teams
  • Production environment that needs to be done
  • Support role- interacting with change the bank (development) to work on stories for testing and then be deployed into production


Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:

  • Monitor and support online platform
  • Troubleshoot
  • Handle deployments - on monthly basis
  • Handle incidents
  • Certification installations, updates
  • Migrate information to different servers
