Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP ISU FICA Consultant to support production operations, testing, and enhancement of the FICA module within the SAP ISU system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilities, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, improve, and implement processes.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Support SAP ISU FICA for production, testing, and minor enhancements.
Resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage vendor tickets.
Handle key FICA processes: payments, dunning, deposits, refunds, etc.
Document requirements, prioritize changes, and ensure compliance.
Mentor analysts and maintain documentation in Solution Manager.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
5+ years of SAP ECC or S/4HANA experience, with hands-on FICA configuration.
3+ years of experience in the utilities industry.
Broad knowledge of SAP ISU modules including FI, CO, DM, EAM, and C4C.
Experience with SAP Private Cloud Edition (PCE) is a plus.
Experience in data migration and conversion is desirable.

Required Skills & Abilities:
Hands-on SAP ISU/FICA configuration and integration experience.

Expertise in:
Incoming/Outgoing Payments, Account Determination
Meter to Cash Cycle, Collection Strategy, Month-End Reconciliation
Revenue Distribution, Billing Integration
Strong understanding of BRF+ and dunning strategies.
Experience with main/sub account configuration and general ledger integration.
Familiarity with ISU modules: Billing, Device Management, and Contract Accounts.
