Job Title: Audio Visual Operations Global Lead
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Summary:
An experienced and dynamic Audiovisual Operations Lead to oversee and optimize the day-to-day AV operations on a global scale.
This role will ensure the seamless delivery of AV services across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the AV operations team across multiple regions, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment globally.
- Ensure high-quality audio and visual standards, troubleshooting any technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments and ensure we are delivering a great user experience.
- Maintain inventory - Global AV Asset Management
- Develop and implement training programs for team members and other staff on AV best practices.
- Manage and lead small projects.
- Provide feedback to AV Engineering on standards.
- Minimize vulnerabilities by creating a process to update software and/or hardware.
- Create SOP's and Knowledge Based articles to ensure local support can troubleshoot spaces.
- Work with developers in areas where we can automate and monitor AV systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AV operations, preferably in a global capacity.
- Candidate shall have end-to-end knowledge of audio-visual systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across different time zones and manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, Extron, Creston, Biamp, Planar, Zoom Admin, Shure, etc)
