Title: SAP FICO Consultant S/4HANA 2021 (On-Prem Cloud)
Location: Marysville, OH (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week; Locals Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in S/4HANA 2021 On-Prem to support a global financial transformation initiative. This hybrid role (3 days onsite in Marysville, OH) is ideal for local candidates with strong multi-currency experience, particularly in global trading, M&A, and bankruptcy handling within the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration and support of SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA 2021 On-Prem environment.

  • Manage multi-currency accounting, intercompany transactions, and cross-country trading scenarios.

  • Support financial processes during mergers, acquisitions, vendor onboarding, and partner transitions.

  • Provide strategic input regarding SAP PI deprecation and future integration planning.

  • Handle complex scenarios involving bankruptcy, asset reallocation, and legal entity restructuring.

  • Collaborate with global teams to align solutions with Global Accounting Packages and playbook requirements.

  • Conduct workshops and contribute to documentation of financial playbooks and transformation efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

  • Strong experience in S/4HANA (2020 or 2021 On-Prem) implementations or upgrades.

  • Proficient in managing multi-currency financial operations across international markets.

  • Deep understanding of trading industry finance, global compliance, and intercompany setups.

  • Proven success supporting M&A processes, including financial integration and compliance.

  • Experience with bankruptcy handling, legal transitions, and restructuring in SAP.

  • Awareness of SAP PI module lifecycle and transition strategies.

  • Familiarity with global financial playbooks and enterprise accounting standards.
