SAIC is seeking Test Engineers to join the Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Advanced Development Operations (DevOps) and Sustainment Support (ADOS) program and provide on-site technical and administrative support to facilitate operations of critical MARS infrastructure and services.
This effort focuses on providing a comprehensive set of System/ Software Engineering and IT Services to maintain, sustain, enhance, and improve/ modernize MARS.
The ideal candidate will be located in the National Capital Region.
Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected by fall 2025.
The Test Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications
Level I: Bachelors and 0-4 years of experience or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
Level II: Bachelors and 5-8 years of experience or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
Level III: Bachelors and 9-17 years of experience or an add
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scrips, manage complex test threads, and optimize test script performance including Functional, Ad Hoc, API, and Regression Testing.
- Monitor test executions and analyze outcomes to identify any discrepancies or failures.
- Continuously improve test methodologies to enhance test accuracy and reliability and update test documentation to reflect any changes in requirements or procedures.
- Identify software quality problems and coordinate with system developers to resolve defects.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Junit, TestNG).
- Experience with automated test script execution and management.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for test scripts.
- Experience in an Agile environment, working in Sprints.
