Role - Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead SAP Focus
Location: Remote
Travel: 25 50% to Parsippany, NJ HQ or other designated sites
Duration: 12+ months
Pay Rate: $50/hr W2 with no benefits
Interview Process: 2 Video Rounds
Summary:
The OCM Lead will manage the people side of large-scale technology-enabled transformations, especially SAP implementations. This includes change strategy, communication planning, governance, stakeholder management, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.

Key Requirements:
- Strong OCM leadership background on ERP programs
- SAP/S4HANA experience required
- Proven experience designing and executing communication & change strategies
- Organizational design & transition planning
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to partner across client and consulting teams
- Preferred
- Participation in 5+ major business change initiatives
- Led 3+ large-scale technology-enabled transformation efforts
