What You Will Do :
Managing Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own projects and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes leading day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders and providing oversight to internal staff. Managing Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

The annual salary range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

What You Will Need :
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Current Epic Professional Billing certification
- 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience including Professional Billing, charging, revenue assurance, cash collection, patient statements, financial clearance, etc.
- 5+ years of healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experience
- Extensive experience with application design, implementation and workflow optimization
- Track record of driving operational process improvement for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Clinical Administration
- Epic contracts build experience a plus
- Additional Epic certifications are a plus
- Prior analyst work or Epic employment is a plus
