Front End Developer

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Five (5) years of experience in system architecture, development, analysis, programming or testing of external-facing portals or applications that include micro-sites and/or landing pages.
2. Five (5) years of experience developing reference models of the enterprise; determining gaps between the current and the target architecture and developing plans for transitioning to target architecture; and providing support and coordination to customers and IT project teams.
3. Five (5) years of experience in front-end web development and front-end configuration capabilities for Sharepoint, and SaaS technologies using modern techniques and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, CSS frameworks).
4. Five (5) years of experience conducting analysis or development of the Medicaid/Medi-Cal or HealthCare systems.
5. Possess a bachelor s degree.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience developing and consuming web-based RESTful APIs; work in team environments that use various methodologies.
2. Experience designing, developing, maintaining and updating the UI and UX. Experience in monitoring content, workflow usage, and effectiveness to accommodate software and business process changes.
3. Experience and knowledge of managing digital workplace tools and configuration management, identity management, and access management collaboration platforms, and other cloud-based services.
4. Experience in data management enterprise system solutions. Knowledge of business process management, workflow, and integration methods and tools.
5. Experience developing and maintaining applications that comply with HealthCare Regulations, Standards and Frameworks, including HIPAA, HITECH, and Privacy Practices.
6. Experience with Agile and DevOps development methodologies. Experience with agile planning tools (e.g. Jira).
7. Experience collaborating and understanding application usage requirements, workflows, and features. Experience in using version control systems (e.g., Git and GitHub).
