Job Description

Primary Role

• Provide Sr. Project Manager with day-to-day support and assistance for project delivery.
• Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of project documentation such as project status reports, issues list, action items, meeting minutes, etc.
• Work with project managers and program team to identify key performance indicators of the projects.
• Maintain project financials.
• Must have experience on OnePlan tool.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of and adheres to project management standards and processes.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of PMI standards.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to work on tasks based upon priority.
• Ability to work on project management tools such as MS Project, MS Office, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially collaborating and working in a team environment.
• They should have experience on OnePlan tool.
• Ability to establish/maintain high level of confidence.
• Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
