Job Description:

Product Manager

MUST HAVE Active DOD Secret Clearance

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $100,000 to $160,000(pending experience)

Long term Contract (5 Years)

Responsibilities

Define product direction that delivers value to users and aligns with organizational goals

Own and manage the product backlog, including writing clear acceptance criteria and prioritizing effectively

Champion the product vision and communicate it across teams and stakeholders

Work closely with Agile and DevSecOps teams to support incremental, user-focused delivery

Lead planning sessions to ensure user stories are properly estimated and prioritized

Build and maintain product roadmaps that support both short-term goals and long-term strategy

Translate user needs into business value, balancing priorities between user requirements and organizational impact

Promote product awareness through modern communication channels (e.g., blogs, social media, forums)

Facilitate key meetings (standups, retrospectives, demos, reviews) that drive progress and outcomes

Stay current with industry best practices in product management and apply insights to ongoing work

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and delivery pipelines

Qualifications

Experience designing digital products or systems within complex or mission-driven environments

Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization strategies

Strong grasp of customer needs, technology trends, competitive landscape, and product execution

Hands-on experience working with Agile/DevSecOps teams in collaborative settings

Skilled in planning and executing product communications via modern platforms (e.g., Twitter, blogs)

Demonstrated success in driving product vision and aligning teams around it

Ability to convert user feedback into business value and prioritize features accordingly

Familiarity with industry standards and a commitment to continuous learning in product management

Strong facilitation skills to lead meetings that generate meaningful product outcomes
