Job Title: Entry-Level Business Analyst

About the Role
We re looking for a curious, detail-oriented problem solver to join us as an Entry-Level Business Analyst. In this role, you won t just gather requirements you ll learn how to ask the right questions, uncover business challenges, and translate them into simple, actionable solutions.
What You ll Do
- Shadow senior analysts and assist in gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations.
- Document as-is and to-be processes using flowcharts, user stories, or simple diagrams.
- Perform basic data exploration in Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables) to support decision-making.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, or project meetings and provide meeting notes.
- Support testing activities by writing simple test cases and logging issues.
- Help prepare easy-to-understand reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
What You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Data, or related field (or equivalent coursework/internship experience).
- Analytical mindset with a knack for spotting patterns and asking why.
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Good communication and documentation skills able to explain complex ideas simply.
- Eagerness to learn Agile/Waterfall methodologies and BA best practices.
- Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
